We are saddened by the passing of Gary Tedeschi on August 8, 2013.
We were fortunate in having Gary attend our last two Reunions. Reunion 2013 in Tulsa; and Reunion 2012 in San Antonio. There are many of us in Charlie Company that can truly say…’he was our buddy’. Our prayers go out to his family.

I met Gary got the first time last summer in San Antonio. Although we did not serve in C Company together, I understood his excitement upon seeing those he did serve with. Gary was able satisfy that lingering question about where many of his veteran friends were. I am pleased to have played a role in that reunion. Reast in peace Gary.

Robert Ortiz …. I met Gary as a young Sgt. that he was in june 1968. He had great humor and maintained a very cool attitude on many patrols .He was great leader in the field and was respected by many of us who served with him. I will miss Gary very much ,may he rest in peace

Sam and I are very saddened to hear of Gary’s passing, our condolences to his family. We had the pleasure of meeting him for the first time at the reunion in Tulsa in June. We are glad that we took him out to breakfast and spent some time conversing with him. Rest in Peace Gary.
