You will need to contact Taunya Lay at Branson Ticket and Travel. 800-432-4202. She is generally at the office 9-4 Monday thru Thursday.  If it snows the office may be closed but they don’t have a way to change the tape on the answering machine. If she is out for any other reason, leave your name and number with whoever is there. But, wait to talk to Taunya to set up your particular itinerary. Let her know which days you plan to come and which events you plan to attend and any special accommodations you may need. She will send you a confirmation of your itinerary and costs by the end of January. She will need a $75 deposit/room.  That is refundable minus $15 if cancelled before Sept 1. The remainder of the costs will be due Sept 1st. Taunya will review all of that when you make your reservation.

Once that’s done, sit back and start getting excited about being able to gather together again.

See you in October.
